Kayla
Im Kayla, Chiropractor, Mother of two boys and wife to a farmer.
My journey into the world of chiropractic began back in 1998 when my mother experienced an injury that significantly impacted her lifestyle. After she found relief from Chiropractic, the rest of our family sought treatment, but I hesitated due to my apprehension about that ‘neck crack’. Eventually, I was persuaded to see John (our family Chiropractor) for my asthma, which opened my eyes to a new approach to healthcare and now that ‘neck crack’ is my favourite adjustment to get.
I graduated in 2011 and established Rad Chiropractic in 2012 - it’s been an incredible journey ever since. I enjoy caring for individuals of all ages, but caring for children and supporting expectant mothers have become my passion since starting my own family.
Outside of my practice, you’ll often find me chasing after my energetic children, baking in the kitchen, or enjoying time at the beach with family and friends.
Hey, I’m Kerri, I grew up in Morrinsville and have strong roots in the local community. My chiropractic journey began right here at RAD Chiropractic, where I was a patient while managing netball injuries. It was during this time that my interest in chiropractic care was sparked - and, as a running joke, Kayla often said I’d come back one day to work at RAD.
I graduated from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2020 and spent the next three years working in Australia, gaining valuable experience seeing a wide range of patients. In 2024, I returned home to provide maternity cover for Kayla - a full-circle moment that brings my career back to where it all began. Now, back in my hometown, I am proud to be working at RAD Chiropractic and contributing to the community that shaped me. I am passionate about providing practical, personalised chiropractic care to help people move better and stay doing what they love.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me outdoors—playing sport, exploring what the outdoors have to offer and travelling beyond the major tourist attractions.
Melissa
I’m Melissa, the warm and welcoming face of Rad Chiropractic since 2019. Always happy to help and no request is ever a problem
Born and raised in the Waikato, I eventually settled in Morrinsville with my husband Bruce, where I live on our lifestyle block while raising our three children.
Melissa first met Kayla in 2015 as a patient herself, when old injuries began to catch up with her - an experience that deepened her appreciation for chiropractic care.
Outside of work, my time is largely dedicated to running the day-to-day operations of our sport horse business, keeping life busy both in and out of the clinic.
